We want everyone who visits the Royal College of Music website to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding.
To help us make the site a positive place for everyone we have referred to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user friendly for everyone. We have chosen level AA as the benchmark for the RCM website.
We believe we achieve this goal across most of the site. We continue to monitor our content regularly in order to maintain this standard and to make improvements where possible.
Modern browsers support either text resizing or page zooming, to allow users to increase the size of essential page content.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 does not support W3C standards with regard to text sizing. It is recommended that users with text resizing upgrade to a standards-compliant browser which provides text resizing or zooming.
